Drop-Off Only

Parents are asked to drop off children for appointments. A waiting area is available in the lobby if needed.

Payment Policy

All major payment methods are accepted, including:

• Apple Pay

• Zelle

• Cash App

• Stripe (card payments)

• Affirm

• Afterpay

• Cash (exact change only)

 

Remaining balance must be ready and paid at drop-off.

If paying cash, please bring exact change, as I may not always have change available.

Tips are always appreciated. 💕

Late Policy

There is a $20 late fee after 10 minutes.

After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

This cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the service total.

Matting / Detangling Fee

Excessive tangles, buildup, or matting will require an additional fee of

$25 per 30 minutes of detangling time.

This fee is separate from the service price.

Prepare Before Arrival

Please ensure naps and diaper/pull-up changes are completed before arrival.

Children are allowed to have snacks — no chocolate, please.

 

Tablets and cell phones are welcome, but please make sure they are fully charged.

Devices may be asked to be put away if they interfere with the service.

Reschedule Policy

You may reschedule once as long as it is 48 hours before your appointment.

Any additional reschedule requests require a new $25 deposit.

If no new deposit is made, the original appointment will remain as scheduled.

After your one allowed reschedule, the original deposit is forfeited.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.

You may be required to pay the full service amount before booking again.

Child Behavior / Tender Care Policy

If a child becomes upset, unable to sit, or needs extra time, the Tender Care Package may be added.

The Tender Care Package is $50, does not go toward the service total, and allows additional time and patience.

 

If you know your child needs more time, please book the Tender Care Package in advance so the proper time can be scheduled.

 

If the service cannot be completed due to behavior or safety, 100% of the service fee is still due.

Deposit Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

This applies toward your final balance.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

 

If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the total service amount is due and will be charged.

Same-day cancellations automatically forfeit the deposit and may require payment before rebooking.

Style Change Policy

Style changes are not allowed after booking.

Appointment timing is based on the style selected.

If you want a different style, a new appointment and new deposit are required.
